Held one Saturday afternoon every month from 3-4pm, each event is perfectly suited to the season, featuring of-the-moment ingredients and flavors. Enjoy an intimate setting in the private dining room of Hearth ’61 as Chef Wiley shows you how to prepare a beautiful dish, with a recipe to take and test in your home kitchen. Savor a taste of the featured dish along with two beautiful glasses of paired wine.
