Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Presents Jax Vineyards Winemaker’s Dinner
On Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 p.m. Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse presents the Jax Vineyard Winemaker’s Dinner in collaboration with the vineyard’s President and CEO Dan Parrott. The exclusive five-course dinner has been created by Keeler’s culinary staff to artfully pair each wine, enhancing the flavors of each bite and sip throughout the meal. Menu is as follows:
1st Course — Prosciutto & Melon with burrata cheese and balsamic drizzle paired with Jax Vineyards Y3 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
2nd Course — Pan-Seared Arctic Chart with roasted beer puree, haricot vert and brown butter served with Jax Vineyards Y3 Chardonnay, Napa Valley
3rd Course — Chorizo Stuffed Pork Loin with scalloped potatoes and sautéed mushrooms complemented by Jax Vineyards Calesa Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
4th Course — Prim C.A.B. New York Strip with herb risotto, grilled asparagus and Jax cabernet demi served with Jax Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
5th Course — Chocolate Ganache Cake paired with Jax Vineyards Y3 Taureau Red Wine, Napa Valley
