MIXT, located in Scottsdale Quarter at 15125 N. Scottsdale Rd., serves chef-crafted salads, bowls and sandwiches using organic ingredients and more of the "good stuff" such as crispy chicken, candied nuts, goat cheese, roasted veggies and more.
I swung by one warm AZ afternoon to check it out and was really impressed by their health-conscious and environmentally sustainable approach to the fast casual concept.
Pictured here is the Falaf Salad, at 410 calories, is packed with nutrients and flavor, with mixt greens, house-baked falafel crumbles, roasted cauliflower, avocado, grapes, cucumbers, chickpeas, fresh herbs, lemon tahini vinaigrette.
I washed it down with one of their delicious agua frescas. @mixt

Started by Yotaka Promtun-Martin and husband Alex Martin, they moved from hosting pop-up dinners in their home to preparing gorgeous meals—many of which have been passed down for generations in Yotaka’s family—in this charming historic building on Portland Street. Cocktails are killer, served by Thunder @ththunder and the food is nothing short of spectacular. Try the green mango salad with hand torn shrimp, the charcoal beef smashed with a hammer, green papaya with grilled chicken thigh, and don’t miss out on dessert: crème brûlées and their take on mango sticky rice.
