Rusconi’s American Kitchen Announces Father’s Day Brunch and Dinner Menus

Rusconi’s American Kitchen is honoring fathers on Sunday, June 16 with special Father’s Day dishes from brunch to dessert. During brunch, dads can enjoy this exclusive menu for just $40.00, including a complimentary Bloody Mary or draft beer along with the following:

  • Wood-Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak and vegetable bread pudding with wilted spinach, fried egg, and roasted tomatillo sauce
  • Grilled Peach and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with blueberries, Madagascar vanilla sauce and salted caramel

During dinner service on Father’s Day, the following menu is available and includes one glass of “Chef’s Choice” red or white wine, a draft beer or non-alcoholic beverage:

Starter, choice of:

  • Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp — with goat cheese grits, English peas, linguica sausage and carrot jus
  • Guajillo-Seared Ahi Tuna — with quinoa, avocado, grilled pineapple, mango, and Fresno chili
  • Tomato and Burrata Salad with Spicy Tomato Sorbet — with marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and frisée

    Entrée, choice of:

  • Pecan Wood-Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak — with Amish blue cheese, roasted corn bread pudding, wilted spinach and piquillo tapenade
  • Boneless Short Ribs and White Truffle-Scented Macaroni and Cheese — with red wine jus, and agave glazed grilled carrots

    Dessert, choice of:

  • Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding — with vanilla sauce, berries and salted caramel
  • Caramelized Banana and Madagascar Vanilla Creme Brulee
