Trinchero Family Estates Winemaker’s Dinner

On Wednesday, December 11 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse hosts an intimate winemaker’s dinner featuring a five-course menu with thoughtfully executed wine pairings from the Trinchero Family Estates. Courses prepared by Keeler’s chef Anthony Apolinar, and complementary wine selections by Trinchero winemaker Mario
Monticelli, who will be on-hand to explain each pairing, include:

1st Course — Pan-seared Scallop with adobo polenta cake, pancetta crisp, and brown butter paired with Mary’s Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

2nd Course — Herb-Crusted Lamb Chop with boursin cheese risotto and lamb jus served with Mario’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

3rd Course — Braised Short Rib with roasted potatoes and short rib demi complemented by Forte Red Wine, Napa Valley

4th Course — 8-ounce Prime Ribeye with potato puree and white asparagus paired with BRV Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

5th Course — Chocolate Tart with fresh berries and mascarpone
