For the Pancakes
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, eggs, and butter.Fold the "wet" mixture into the "dry" mixture until just combined. The batter should be clumpy.Onto a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan set to medium high heat, scoop approximately 1/2 cup of batter to form a pancake. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip over and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Makes 12-15 pancakes.
For the Platter
Arrange pancakes on a serving board to create a breakfast board. Add bacon, fresh fruit, and Nutella.
